Why the rub may not rub in

- And the last thing is consolidation. Cover with top base or finish in two layers and dry intensively. If you want a more saturated and shiny color, apply another layer of rubbing and coating to these layers.

Before you get acquainted with the sequence of applying the rub to the nail plate, you need to take note of a few tips.
