The Japanese are considered the most polite nation in the world. They are calm, tactful and very balanced. In addition, they have a heightened sense of adoration for everything beautiful, in particular the beauty of the human body. They love to take care of themselves and use little secrets to achieve these goals.

Residents of the Land of the Rising Sun believe that the beauty of a woman is unthinkable without well-groomed hands. They believe that creating a manicure is a ceremony of honoring nature and understanding its sources.

Japanese manicure: what is it?

This relatively new service will solve absolutely all problems related to the health of nails and skin of the hands. Problems arise due to the adverse influence of external factors, lack of nutrients and improper care.

Experts recommend the procedure for those whose nails need rehabilitation after extensions, with brittleness and delamination, with dry cuticles and poor condition of the plate. Just a few regular sessions and your nails will become strong, beautiful, and most importantly, healthy.

So what is Japanese manicure? You can answer this question only by visiting a spa where you will receive a high-quality procedure. This is a real ritual that will awaken positive emotions and leave wonderful impressions.

The difference from a regular manicure lies in the careful treatment of the skin and strict adherence to physiological characteristics. When polishing nails in Japanese style, the plate acquires a pearly shine. This is achieved due to the absence of “chafing”. That is, instead of polishing, a barrier is created in the form of a thin protective layer, which will prevent deterioration of the structure due to the negative influence of external factors.

Japanese therapeutic manicure

Treatment of a particular part of the body or the body as a whole will be needed if any problems arise. Japanese medicinal manicure should be done for people who have the following nail problems:

  • fragility, dryness
  • growth problems
  • appearance deteriorates
  • the nail plate peels off

The natural healing components of this type of care allow it to be performed by both adults and children. Pregnant and lactating women can use it for tissue restoration.

Important: You will be able to evaluate the effectiveness of the process immediately after the first session, and after the fifth visit to the salon, even the most problematic nails will be restored and will shine with health.

The advantages of this treatment procedure include the following aspects:

  • the appearance of a beautiful shine
  • straightening the nail - scratches and unevenness disappear
  • solving problematic care issues that have been troubling for a long time
  • resistance of the nail plate and skin to environmental influences

Benefits and indications

Japanese manicure received the status of a separate procedure in 1958. But in the Land of the Rising Sun, the history of this procedure goes back more than 4 centuries. It was recognized as one of the most aesthetic and effective and this is where the superiority lies:

Japanese manicure set Masura

Just a couple of years ago, no one in Russia knew or even suspected the existence of such technology. But now the situation has changed and the procedure is so popular that manufacturers decided to take advantage of the increased demand and began producing ready-made manicure kits using this technology. However, you can purchase all components separately. The composition of the sets is almost identical. For example, the Masura company offers the following basic set of products for Japanese manicure:

  1. Composition with a paste-like consistency with minerals based on marine peptides and wax with keratin.
  2. Polishing powder. To add shine and strengthen the nail structure.
  3. Two Titiban sticks for treating the skin around the nail plate.
  4. File made of natural suede.
  5. “Boat” made of genuine leather for polishing.

Some kits may include a vitamin serum and moisturizing oil. If they are not included in the set, you can purchase additional ones.

Japanese eco manicure pishine p shine - difference from regular manicure

  • Stylish, beautiful, well-groomed and attractive - all this can be said about the hands of a woman who uses Japanese eco-manicure Pishine p shine for her care.
  • Its difference from conventional care with a metal tool is that trimming and standard design are aimed at masking, covering, changing the natural shape and surface of the nail plate
  • The illusion of attractiveness and well-groomedness is created. In addition, such procedures harm tissues, making them weak.

Japanese eco-manicure technology is aimed at treating tissues as living systems of the body that live and breathe. There are no scratches or microcracks, and a healthy pink tint appears and resistance to harmful environmental factors.

Before we begin to describe the technique, it is worth noting that the composition of some caring components is selected individually. Therefore, before purchasing a set, contact a consultant so that he can select the most necessary things for you.

Pi Shine technique: features

Japanese manicure P.Shine is recommended to restore the plate after removing artificial nails. In general, the procedure is no different from the previous one. There are also no metal tools here. The set consists of preparations based on bamboo, red tea and ylang-ylang oil. The manufacturer also added a serum with cucumber extract to the complex, which will rejuvenate the skin of the hands and restore damaged nail plates.

At the end of the P.Shine Japanese manicure, a peeling mixture based on palmarosa oil, known for its exfoliating effect, is applied. If this product is not included in the set, it can be replaced with a creamy massage mass with a pleasant relaxing jasmine aroma.

Sequencing:

  1. Hand disinfection. The most important step that cannot be excluded is applying a disinfectant solution and degreaser to the skin. If the skin is very rough and dry, then, if necessary, take a softening bath with sea salt or lavender oil.

  2. Correction of nail shape. This is done with a diamond file, but experts recommend using a wooden one. If there are detachments and delaminations on the nails, then they must be removed with a suede buffer.
  3. Soften the cuticle by applying professional varnish or serum to it. This will keep the nail cells moisturized and the surrounding skin will become soft. This will avoid damage to the cuticle. After softening, the cuticle becomes pliable and can be pushed back with a pusher or an orange wood stick.

  4. It is better to remove any remaining moisture from the surface of the nail plate with a napkin. At the end of the procedure, you can apply a serum containing vitamins and amino acids to the nails.
  5. When the surface of the nails has dried and absorbed the vitamins, you can apply mineral paste using a special buff. The product is applied to the nail in a small amount. You need to rub the paste over the entire surface, moving chaotically. Nails will acquire a natural shine.

  6. Applying polishing powder. All steps are the same as in the previous step. Only polishing needs to be done with another buff designed specifically for powder. You need to rub in much faster than paste. The powder seals the surface of the nail and protects it from harmful influences. The resulting film cannot be washed off with water and alcohol.
  7. Finally, a special SPA hand massage is performed. Creams with bee jelly or jojoba, avocado or grape seed oil are best.

P-Shine

Sequencing:

  • Japanese manicure is such a special sacrament that begins with the disinfection of hands and tools. Beginners need to look at professional tips on treating their hands before working on their nails. You need to buy disinfectants separately from the kit. The shape and length of the nails are also adjusted, and all detachments are removed. The P Shine kit includes a special double-sided buffer for this purpose with varying degrees of abrasiveness.
  • A softening agent is applied to the cuticle. Some stores sell oils that soften the cuticle so much that it can be easily removed using orange sticks. Remains of the gel or product are removed with lint-free wipes. You also need to buy them separately or use regular wet wipes.

  • When the surface of the nails is dry, you need to rub in the mineral paste with a special buff. P Shine added a plastic pusher to the paste. The buff is usually green in color and, thanks to its soft suede surface, gently rubs the paste into the nail.

  • The effect of all the work done is consolidated with a special polish powder, which will give the nails a natural shine. P Shine have developed a special pink suede buff for this purpose. The powder contains beeswax, which covers all nails with a thin layer, thereby protecting them from negative effects.

Reviews about Japanese manicure are always positive. Many girls admitted that having done the procedure once, they are now ready to repeat it regularly. It is not surprising because the technology is absolutely safe.

Many comments have been written regarding manicure kits. Everyone was satisfied with their quality, as well as the fact that now the procedure can be carried out independently.

But, nevertheless, many reviews about Japanese manicure recommend visiting a salon to get real pleasure from the procedure and an impeccable result. After all, this is not only the aesthetics of nails, but also well-groomed hands, harmony of the soul, agreement with oneself and the world around us.

Japanese eco-manicure P.shine. From skeptic to admirer

Hi all!

A year ago I learned about this Japanese manicure system and was, to put it mildly, distrustful.:) Well, what is it like to pay crazy thousands for ordinary nail polishing? I consulted with one of my good friends, who is a professional manicurist, about whether the game was worth the candle, and finally decided to try it.

I bought this set for my mother. Her nails have been peeling terribly for almost a year now. It’s not just that, there is a reason for which nothing can be done, just wait until the body has fully recovered, and this is several years, at least. My mother, also, by the way, recently a food addict, began to be very embarrassed about her hands, hide her fingers in public places, endlessly rub in waxes and oils, more waxes, more other oils. “Badsuk” and “Dior” in washers also failed to cope with the problem.

Looking ahead, I will say: this system completely restored her nails in two and a half months.

Damaged, thin, fragile, terribly peeling nails are now relatively strong, smooth and shiny. Naturally, all the housework, washing dishes, cooking, doesn’t go away, and she doesn’t like rubber gloves.

Unfortunately, my mother was embarrassed to take photographs of her hands and post them for everyone to see, she also reads the Beautician, I persuaded her for more than a month. And this is a shame, because it would be like a bomb exploding. :)

Of course, I also tried this system on myself, even three times, I have no problems with my nails, but nevertheless, the result also impressed me.

I apologize for the long preface. Let's get started with the review.

P.Shine Nail Buffer Kit

The main objective of the system is to give the nails and skin of the hands a natural, aesthetically flawless appearance through restoration and healing, without artificial strengthening or coating, using effective components and refined techniques.

The set consists of 10 items, the packaging is made of plastic and looks a little Chinese.:) Thanks to the thoughtful arrangement of jars and nail files, the box is as compact as possible in size.

There were instructions stuck to the bottom of the box, which I threw away.

The set includes:

  • suede napkin for sawdust
  • cuticle pusher
  • pad (file) for removing gloss, 3 pieces
  • intelligent manicure file 180/280 grit
  • nail saturation paste
  • nail gloss powder
  • green suede buff for paste
  • pink suede buff for powder

Let's move on to the procedures :)

Take your nails clean and dry. Before the manicure.

I quickly remove the length using an Olzori file (I talked about it here).

In general, it is recommended to do this with the smart file from the set, but it takes me a long time. However, I would like to note that if your nails are thin, brittle and flaking, then this nail file is just right. It works very softly and accurately. It is not recommended to file peeling nails, but you can slightly shape the sides. The file is very gentle on nails. It’s hard to imagine a more gentle filing. It is important to cut in one direction, from the base to the free edge, and not back and forth.

Next, I use a pusher to push back the cuticle.

I would like to say something special about this tool. In my life I have had several professional grade steel pushers and none compare to this plastic miracle spatula. In two touches, it completely pushes back the cuticle and side ridges (when painting with colored varnish, this is an important moment to completely cover the nail plate with top/varnish/base) and is completely safe for the nail, does not scratch or injure it. Plus, I realized that it was thanks to this pusher and oil that I again had a real chance to switch to an unedged manicure. But more on that another time.

In general, the thing is very worthwhile. I recommend paying attention.

The next step is to remove the gloss from the nail. Attention: remove only the gloss from the nail, and not the entire top layer of the nail!!!

To do this, the manufacturer recommends going over the surface of the nail bed with a special file, first with the green part, then with the pink one. These files are also extremely delicate in their effect. Personally, I have never seen a softer one, although I have experience, since I made gel polish for myself.

This action does not injure the surface of the nail at all.

Next, remove the sawdust with a suede cloth from the kit. I simply dry my hands with the edge of the towel I'm doing my manicure over. Collective farm! :)

Next I start applying the paste. The paste has a creamy dry consistency and does not smell of anything. Located in a screw-on plastic washer. Weight 8 gr.

I pinch off a piece, place it on the green buff and rub it evenly into the nail bed. I apply the buff over the entire surface of the nail with pressure.

It takes about 10 minutes for both hands.

The paste is dry and crumbles a little during the process, not critical.

According to the manufacturer, this paste strengthens nails.

Already at this stage shine appears.

Then the final stage is powder to add gloss.

It also comes in a plastic jar, white, no smell. Weight 5 gr.

A pink buff is intended for it, with which I immediately pick up the powder and then transfer it to the nail. I rub it into the nail plate in the same way as paste.

For both hands - maximum 10 minutes.

In the compositions of both paste and powder, abrasive comes first, so it is extremely important to make movements with the buff in one direction, and not in a chaotic direction.

The buffs are comfortable to use, the handle does not slip in the hand, the ideal size for holding the tool by the ends while polishing.

The suede part is soft and extremely comfortable. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail.

The buffs are the same, they just differ in the color of the handle, again for the convenience of the user.

I apologize for not taking pictures of them new, I had no idea at the time that I would want to write a review about this set.

So, the procedure is completed. The whole process takes me 30-40 minutes.

All that remains is to do the manicure, but since I’m once again trying to switch to unedged, I wash my hands, apply oil to the cuticles and go to bed.

***********************

The surface of the nail remains glossy for a long time, but I’m not a fan, so after a couple of days I paint my nails with varnish. Since the nail is perfectly leveled, the varnish lays down just perfectly, this is especially true for pearlescent and matte varnishes.

Mom doesn’t use polish now, but her nails are always shiny. It looks very well-groomed and it’s hard to believe that there is nothing on the nails.

She repeats the procedure every three weeks.

Is “Japanese manicure” different from polishing your nails with a regular polishing file/buff? Yes, very different. Polishing with abrasive files thins the nail, while “Japanese manicure” strengthens it. It's hard for me to describe in words how it works, but it works.

*********************

The set is designed for 100 uses. Each item from the set can be purchased/purchased separately. The shelf life of paste and powder is three years.

*********************

For the next four days I wore this natural manicure. There's something about it :)

Price:

I bought it a year ago for 5,000 rubles, now it costs 3,200 rubles.
